We give food to the insect world by keeping our dairy cows on pasture and using the resulting pasture residues (Gailstellen).

A species-rich habitat is created by the low cutting frequency. Wild herbs establish themselves, which insect species depend on for reproduction, which in turn provide food for many bird species during the breeding season.

Our farm garden and the orchard with busy pollinators such as wild bees, bumblebees and the like benefit from this.

Our focus is on creating different living spaces in the cottage garden. Whether it's a lean bed, a mixed vegetable crop, a manure bed, a berry corner, a compost field, a Benje hedge... a lot can be seen and new ideas will appear in the near future

 visible.
